The pride of Liberty Hill, Texas and my good buddy gave me a little grief about naming Cooper's BBQ in Llano, Texas as the best brisket. He was arguing for Kreuz's or Franklin's, but I was sticking to my guns. I really enjoyed Cooper's. Then, this book showed up in my mailbox. Well, what can I say?
